DIIR Kalon Dicki Chhoyang Addresses Members of Taiwanese Parliament

TAIPEI: As part of a three-country Asian tour to join in the local celebrations of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s birthday, DIIR Kalon Dicki Chhoyang arrived yesterday in Taiwan.
Today’s event in the parliament marks the first time that a Kalon addresses members of the Taiwanese parliament. The event was also attended by several members of the local NGO community and students. Kalon Dicki Chhoyang spoke about the current situation inside Tibet and answered questions from the audience.
